Spring Meeting
2025 Spring SASES Meeting
The Agronomy and Precision Agricultural Club at South Dakota State University invites all undergraduate student members and their advisors to attend the 2025 Spring SASES Meeting on April 10 – 12, 2025.
Registration will be open January 20 through March 1. $65 – Registration link (through SDSU) coming soon!
Some of the highlights include:
- Soil and Crop Judging competitions
- Banquet with Keynote Speakers Brian & Darin Hefty Brothers (as seen on AgPhD)
- Swing Dance with address given by the Millennial Farmer
- Breakout sessions with industry professionals, professors, and others
Along with a full slate of activities, five exciting tour itineraries have been planned for students:
Early-Bird: SoDak Labs, Dairy Bar Creamery
Tour 1: Hefty Seeds, Raven Industries, Mustang Seeds
Tour 2: Bayer Crop Science, Hogemeyer Seeds, POET, Haase Farms & DaBru Dairy
Tour 3: Agtegra Innovation Center, Advanced Sunflower, Riverview Dairy, Hamilton Farms
Tour 4: Blue Dasher Farms, Midstate Agronomy, South Dakota Soybean Processors
Spring SASES is sure to be an exciting opportunity to connect with fellow undergraduate members, professors, and even future employers (it’s never too early to start thinking about next summer’s internship)!
Interested in becoming our next Spring Meeting Host?
Bidding schools will submit their proposal online and discuss their bid with the National Officer Team via phone or video conference. Presenters will have up to 5 minutes to present the most compelling parts of their bid and up to 10 minutes for Question and Answer.
