Technical Service Provider (TSP) certification
Welcome to the new TSP program registration process for active CCAs. The ASA and SSSA recently signed new MOUs with USDA-NRCS to greatly streamline the process for a CCA to become a TSP. The demand for your services is high and USDA is trying to expand the number of TSPs to meet the increasing requests for technical assistance by farmers and landowners. This might be a business opportunity for you.
All you have to do is complete the webinar. Then complete the one-page form that includes the USDA agreement in one document. Then CCA will maintain those documents in your certification records and notify USDA that you are eligible for TSP. USDA will sign your agreement and return a copy to you indicating you are now on the TSP list available to farmers and landowners.
