Submission Guidelines

Articles from members or about members

Members of the American Society of Agronomy, Crop Science Society of America, and Soil Science Society of America may submit articles of interest to other members. This may include news about a member (professional achievement, updates, activities, in memoriam, etc.); activities or programs of Society groups or other organizations that would be of general interest to Society members; opinion/perspectives articles on a topic of interest to members; and articles that may help members in their careers and professional development. Those who are not members may still submit articles as long as they are writing about another member (e.g., in memoriam, award, or other update, etc.). CSA News reserves the right to decline publication if the article does not fit within the publication’s scope and mission.

feature articles

If you’re not a member of our Societies, if you want to submit an article about your research (whether or not you’re a member), or if you have an idea for an article you’d like CSA News to write about, please submit your proposal to us. We will review your proposal and get back to you.
