The correct caption is “Soil sample collection at the Northern Great Plains Field Station, Mandan, ND, 1918 (from Frank, 2013).” Second, on page 28, we misspelled the name of one of this year’s outstanding reviewers for the Journal of Environmental Quality, Yongshan Wan. It’s spelled correctly herein. We regret the errors. More news & perspectives Back to issue Back to home Text © . The authors. CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
