Call for 2020 AGI nominations

The American Geosciences Institute (AGI), a federation of more than 50 scientific and professional associations including SSSA, is seeking quality candidates for its 2021 officer positions and 2020 awards. Nominations should be received by 31 Mar. 2020. Letters of support may be sent for each nominee and, if provided, will be included in the package sent to the 2020 Nominating Committee.

Specifically, AGI is seeking nominations for the following Executive Committee positions and awards:

AGI Member at Large

AGI Awards

Marcus Milling Legendary Geoscientist Medal
Medal in Memory of Ian Campbell for Superlative Service to the Geosciences
Outstanding Contribution to the Public Understanding of the Geosciences
