Looking to host a meeting or reception for your group?
Society committees and other organizations may submit requests for meetings and receptions to be held at CANVAS. Meeting space is charged in increments of 4 hours. Space is limited, so it's best to submit your request early! Requests submitted before early, are more likely to secure the requested space.
Payment is required during the request process or the request will not be considered. The fee is refundable if unable to provide an appropriate meeting space.
The final deadline to submit requests is now closed.
