Looking to host a meeting or reception for your group?

CANVAS offers space for Society committees, affiliated groups, and partners to host meetings and networking receptions during the conference. The information below outlines request guidelines, timelines, and fees for reserving space.

Meeting and reception requests open in mid-March.

Request meeting space at CANVAS

CANVAS provides dedicated meeting space for Society committees and affiliated groups to gather during the conference. These meetings are a convenient opportunity to collaborate, plan initiatives, and connect with colleagues while the community is together. Submit your request early to secure a time that works best for your group!

Meeting space fees are outlined below and vary based on group size and the timing of your request.

The following equipment is included in every meeting room at no additional cost and does not need to be requested. If you require anything beyond this standard setup, you may request additional equipment as part of your meeting request.

Standard AV setup includes: screen, projector, 34″ AV cart, laptop, one speaker, adjustable wired podium microphone, audio connection for laptop playback through room speakers, wireless microphone, and a microphone stand.

Request reception space at CANVAS

CANVAS offers space for catered networking receptions hosted by Society committees and affiliated groups. These events provide a welcoming setting to connect with colleagues, celebrate accomplishments, and strengthen community during the meeting. We encourage groups to submit requests early, as space is limited!
