The Virtual only registration is a focused version of our in-person meeting, featuring:
• Live audio/content broadcasts of the Opening Keynote and ASF Lectureship Series.

Membership provides valuable discounts
Society members save more than $300 on registration, $25 in abstract fees, and receive extensive membership benefits. Students save even more. While anyone can attend CANVAS, as a member, your registration is discounted substantially and we encourage you to explore all the benefits of membership prior to registering.
- Membership must be obtained prior to registering/submitting to receive the member rate.
- The difference in the member/nonmember rates will not be refunded if membership is received after registration/submission.

Cancellation policy
- Before September 24 - No penalty for cancelling
- Before October 8 - A $100 cancellation fee will be charged
- On or After October 8 - No refunds will be given for registrations or ticketed events (tours, workshops, meal functions, etc.)
